Originally from Lagos, Nigeria, Jamal brings a grounded, meditative quality to his Yin, Hatha, and Vinyasa yoga classes. With a background in psychology and mindfulness training, his teaching emphasizes emotional balance and inner stillness. He’s led community-based yoga programs across West Africa.
